Terms and Conditions

  1. The term cardholder(s) refers to someone who has a valid Leisure Services direct debit or paid in full membership.
  2. To book online, you must register to use the service. The person registering must have a Leisure services membership card. Cards cannot be used on behalf of any other person and memberships are not transferable.
  3. Each card type has different privileges. Certain classes and activities may not be available to book, depending on which membership you have.
  4. Available Activities or Classes, Not all activities or classes available within the South Staffordshire Leisure Services facilities are available to be booked Online. Please review the website of the appropriate venue for a full and conclusive timetable. Currently available activities to book online include for members only are:
  • Indoor Cycling
  • Circuit Training
  • Pilates
  • Aerobics
  • Fitness Suite

The above list is only based as a guide; other activities may also become available to book online in due course

  1. Cardholders are able to book 14 days in advance.
  2. Cardholders are only permitted to book one activity per timeslot for any given day and for any leisure centre (e.g. if you book the Fitness Suite for Monday at 10:00am you cannot also book a fitness class for 10:00am on the same day). This is to prevent activities being booked on behalf of any other person.
  3. South Staffordshire Council operates a no refund policy on bookings. However, customers can transfer a booking to another date and time at the same leisure centre by contacting the centre where the original booking was made, providing that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given. Cardholders are able to transfer their booking up to 14 days in advance of the original booking date all booking transfers are subject to availability. Transfers cannot be conducted online.
  4. Please note: The cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (amended 2005) do not apply to bookings activities.
  5. If a class or activity is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be entitled to transfer their booking to another date and time at the same leisure centre by contacting the centre where the original booking was made. Cardholders are able to transfer their booking up to 14 days in advance of the original booking date. Transfers cannot be conducted online.
  6. Corporate Membership Holders have the same booking rights as members
  7. When attending a class, please ensure you sign the register if applicable.
  8. Any members who fail to attend their booked classes/activities may have their advance booking rights suspended.
  9. The minimum age for anyone booking and attending an adult class unaccompanied is 14 years old. Please contact the leisure centre or check online for details and availability.
  10. Please arrive on time for your class. Entry may not be permitted after the warm up has commenced for safety reasons.
  11. Please report any injuries or medical conditions to the instructor before the class has started. For certain medical conditions you may be refused entry.
  12. Every attempt is made to adhere to the published programme; however facilities, classes, courses and instructors are subject to change. We endeavour to provide appropriate notice of any changes.
  13. South Staffordshire Council may from time to time send you information and offers about events and services. South Staffordshire Council reserves the right to refuse entry to its premises.
  14. South Staffordshire Council reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior warning. It is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion they use the online bookings service.
